Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at customerservice@resaku.co.uk
If the package you received is not as expected, in bad condition, if the package is tampered or damaged , kindly return it to us using the return slip included in your parcel. If the garment is of not the right size for you, we offer a different size at no additional cost where the pickup will be arranged for and a new size will be shipped to you.

Please note that the product has to be returned in the way it was received. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.
We suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
Once our team has checked the returned item, you will receive an email confirming that your exchange/return is accepted and then the refund will be initiated.A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days you returning and us processing it, with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system.Unfortunately, we do not extend our exchange/return/refund services to custom-made products and discounted items. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.
Our team’s well being is our utmost priority. We are making sure of following stringent guidelines to keeping the environment safe for working and handling the package. Our team members will work at minimum distance from one another, wear protective gloves, and practice all recommended measures of sanitisation. We will make sure the order is delivered in the safest possible way. Deliveries may take longer than usual. Although there are challenges, returning the products will be extended to within 15 days. The refund might take longer than usual but it will be done for sure. Your support and patience is highly appreciated.
